HELP-U-RENT PROGRAM
Garner Properties & Management LLC offers a program for the property owner who prefers to manage the long-term operation of the property him-or herself, but engage us in the initial marketing process. We will list the property on MLS, advertise the property on our website as well as other affiliate sites, field incoming calls, show the property, screen applicants, and arrange the lease signing. Once the lease is signed, you take over. Our fee for this service is nominal and we take the stress out of filling the vacancy. LEAD BASED PAINT PROGRAM
In January 2010, The City of Detroit amended the Property Maintenance Code requiring all rental property owners to obtain a Lead Clearance before they will be able to obtain a Certificate of Rental Registration. Renting a property without obtaining the Clearance or Certificate will result in fines. Garner Properties in partnership with 4 Diamond Services has created a lead paint assessment and removal program for owners of properties located in the City of Detroit. MAINTENANCE
Our experienced in-house maintenance staff will ensure that your property is safe and well maintained throughout the life of the lease. They will act on and complete all work orders in a timely fashion. We have built a large network of specialized contractors at negotiated rates to cover any property challenge efficiently and cost effectively.
